No breakfast included. Location very close to everything. Shops and restaurants on the same street

− For two nights there were really loud parties upstairs walls and sealings are not soundproof. I texted to the number the renter provided but got no answer and parties lasted to 4-5AM. Elevator is really tiny and the steps to reach the elevator narrow and steep - really tricky to manage with luggage.

The only positive thing about the apartment was its good location.

− I have stayed in many places over the years, but I have rarely experienced such poor service quality for such a high price. First of all, when we arrived at the apartment, one of the beds had not been made at all. There was no toilet paper, no bath towels and no basic bathroom essentials in the apartment. Also, it looked messy. It was also quite difficult to contact the property. About 30 minutes after the official check-in time, someone finally came to make the bed and bring toilet paper, soap and other basic items. The apartment has plates, cutlery and kitchen items, but there is no dishwasher. This means you are expected to wash all the dishes yourself and this is specifically mentioned in the house rules. You are also expected to take out your own trash. For the amount of money I paid, I honestly do not understand why I had to do so many basic things myself. If I am expected to handle everything on my own, I might as well stay in a hotel. Another issue was the payment process. When I booked through Booking.com, there was an option to pay at the property. However, four days before my stay, I received several messages saying that I had to pay in advance, otherwise I would not be able to access the apartment. On top of that, I was also required to pay a 300-euro deposit, which felt excessive and unnecessary. This was the first time I had experienced something like this and the deposit still has not been refunded. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I honestly could not understand whether I was receiving a service or providing one.

Nada. ..

− Muy complicado para acexer. Debes pagar los impuestos que estaban previsto en la compra Booking. Se pago por adelantado. Nos exigieton un deposito de 300 euros y no lo devolvieron al check up. Dicen que lo haran 20 a 30 dias... por que? Si ese mismo dia comprobaron aue todo estaba perfecto. En ningun mo.ento de la contratacion del cuerto decia que se debia abonar 300 euros adicionales y lo devolvdrian cuando termoner de usarla en el sistema financiero.....Se lo pedi a la chica que atendia el telefono de contacto y me dijo que lamentablente no podia hacer nada, pero como era una compra por Booking, lo denunciara por la aplicación ya que no era unico con ese problema.
