我們經常到新加坡，常常感受到在世界一流的國家，但飯店的經營和服務卻極其潦草的感受，這點應該好好加強！
9.0飯店的地理位置離MRT相當近，更棒的是飯店對面就有巴士車站，有多班巴士可以直接抵達Bugis和牛車水等地區，非常方便！
− 飯店內有小廚房和洗衣機，但電爐和洗衣機都是故障的，無法使用，有提供設備但無法使用，感覺比沒有提供更加令人不舒服！ 床的底座角落沒有導圓角，讓我太太撞傷兩次流血，是非常不貼心和不細膩的設計，應該加強改善！
This hotel is in one of the most useful locations and has great price, the staff are friendly

− The toilet was in an awkward place, it was a bit dirty, didnt know there was a public laundry till the end of the trip

− Mucha humedad en la habitación. Estaba sucio (paredes con manchas, faltaba barrer...). En la cocina hay pocos utensilios.
Though the first night was a letdown, upgrading to a better room turned the stay around completely
6.0Loved the convenience of this place! It’s in a fantastic location, literally a 5-minute walk to the bus and train, with lots of great food spots nearby. Plus, checking out was a breeze. Seamless and fast!
− My stay had a rough start. The initial room I booked did not live up to the photos and was honestly quite disappointing. However, after paying to upgrade for the remaining three nights, the experience improved significantly. The upgraded room was excellent, spacious, and much closer to expectations
Pleasant because of the overall comfort and convenience.
8.0The room amenities.
− The Room 307 layout (as compared to that of Room 308) -- the stool (when in use at the table) and the wardrobe doors (when open) are right up against the bed, making movement and access difficult.
