9.0Positives: Great location, very close to public transport. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with a wide range of cuisines — pleasant spots with good food and drinks. Quiet neighbourhood and quiet building. Excellent communication with Marcel and Mark, with helpful tips and good local recommendations. Classic Berlin-style apartment, clean (especially the bedroom and bathroom) and equipped with almost everything you need.
− Could be improved: The bed linen could be updated — it was spotlessly clean but a bit worn. The capsule coffee machine in the kitchen needs repairing or replacing: it leaks water while brewing and also needs descaling. The oven needs a proper deep clean. The mattress was reasonably comfortable, but there is room for improvement. The plug on the bedroom lamp has been repaired with tape, which is not ideal. The shower head badly needs descaling — there is heavy limescale build-up (I know, Berlin water is hard).

10.0Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles befindet sich in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber, der sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war von Anfang an ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist ideal: sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt besonders entspannt genießen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch würden wir jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
