Extremely accommodating and friendly host, would stay again.
10.0Host was wonderful and extremely accommodating, location was a five minute walk from EartH theater. Plus breakfast was home cooked and delicious which was an unexpected and lovely.
Poor customer service both from Booking.com and the flat owner

− They have a cat. I’m sure it is a very cute cat but I had to find this out in the reviews, not in the advert. There is no parking. No private bathroom. None of the criteria I chose when I looked for the accommodation. This is booking.coms fault, not the owner. Refused to reimburse me when I told them my plans had changed.

− I booked a three-night stay but ultimately decided to cut it short and move to another accommodation. While the host was incredibly friendly and thoughtfully provided plenty of breakfast items, the cleanliness and setup of the space fell short of expectations. The bedroom and sheets didn't feel fresh, one corner of the bed frame was held together with tape, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and I noticed some drain flies in the kitchen. Additionally, because the host’s personal items occupied most of the space, there wasn't a clear area to unpack my belongings. Although the host kindly offered to make room upon request, I felt this should have been prepared in advance. Potential guests should also note that there is a cat living in the apartment.
Definitely value for money
8.0The host was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, kind and friendly, she made the stay so pleasant. Her cat was really cute and well behaved and the breakfast was full and very delicious. The host also made sure we had the leftovers of the breakfast to go when going around London. Definitely recommend for a quick visit to London.
− I don't recommend to people who want a quiet place. There is a road with cars passing by and some neighbors have parties, so have that in mind.
