7.0The location was very good. The metro station was only 5 minutes away, and there were also many places in the area where you could eat. The communication with the property owner was excellent, and the place was clean.

8.0We were able to drop our cases early, our host carried them up to our room while we were out. It was clean and the bathroom was modern. We had a kettle and coffee pod machine with assorted pods, tea, sugar, milk capsules and cocoa? There was a fridge :-) Key was in a lockbox. Communication with host was good (whatsapp). De Pijp is rammed with eateries. 4 mins walk to metro. 20 mins walk to Van Gogh museum and Rijksmuseum.
− It was a little bit seedy, not much effort put in to the decor. Its our first time in Amsterdam and its freakishly expensive. We thought this place was expensive, but its cheap for Amsterdam. Would we stay again? Yes!

9.0It was good area to stay, near to city center, great food right next to the room, close to grocery store, metro. Apartment was clean, hosts let us to leave our luggage at the end of stay so it was easier to spend the remaining time in Amsterdam.
