8.0Vistas fantásticas, muy buena ubicación y apartamento moderno.
− Algunas ventanas estaban rotas, los cubiertos sucios, el menaje era escaso (solo 4 vasos, 4 copas de vino y 2 tazas), y no había ni un rollo de papel higiénico.

8.0Geweldige locatie: dichtbij de metro en het uitzicht is onbeschrijfelijk! De ruimte is ruim genoeg voor twee stellen en twee kinderen. Onder het appartement zat een Tesco én een Pret A Manger.
− De bedden zijn aan de kleine kant en de matrassen erg hard. Er was niet voldoende servies (slechts 3 glazen) en er was geen koffiemachine. Badkamers roken niet erg fris (rioollucht). We vroegen om een tweede babybed maar die stond er helaas niet. Maar ondanks dit zouden we absoluut weer teruggaan!

8.0The views from the apartment were absolutely amazing in fact stunning. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Very easy to get about as close proximity to the bus/tube/train + river transport also walking distant to the london eye etc area. Bedding + towels absolutely spotless. Although there were a couple of faults I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again my grandchildren thought we were rich... The massive television I think 😊
− Collecting the keys was a bit of a pain partly my fault as didn't notify them in advance of our arrival time but still a fairly long walk with 2 tired children. There was a strong smell in the main bathroom from the time we arrived fortunately we could all use the ensuite as a replacement. What would be a nice touch would be to have tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets available just for arrival.
Fantastic views at a well located and large apartment
9.0Large and well located apartment with amazing views. We will definitely be booking again. Good transport links with the tube and buses across the street from the building.
− Paintwork and decor a little tired
At the price it did not meet the standards we are used to and needs more hands on attention
4.0Location was good close to Bus & Rail stations and not far from Central london
− General cleanliness of the Apartment, Carpet & Couch Stained. Only bare minimum of Crockery and Kitchen ware. Strong odor in Bathroom (was sorted after a day) Some of the window blinds had missing cords Bedroom door handle fell off (was replaced after 2 days) No sink stoppers ot troll holder in one bathroom No grab rail in bath/shower Hand shower unit had no clip on to the shower stem Key pickup/drop off at a shop which it turns out was not easy to find and a good distance away was not satisfactory Nobody to meet us or info pack to explain the workings of the appliances. rubbish collection etc. Temporary aircon mobile appliances either not working or ineffective Seating was sparce and not very comfortable
