− Atendimento, limpeza, conforto, banheiros, barulho, público e espaço pra malas.
Horrible experience, even we couldnt sleep in there.
1.0Nothing. When you can't sleep in there even you paid for 2 beds (and no refund) you feel dumb.
− I did have a big issue with the arrival. Even though they have in their website that they have 24 h reception desk that is not true. They didnt allow us in for not doing checkin prior 00:00. Didn't write to us about that matter til 23:50 so we had to sleep on the street that night. We advise we could get there by 2am but they said that there was no chance we could get in because nobody was there. How come a backpacking place in Madrid can have a poor service staff like that one even though we did the digital checkin one day before. And they didnt want to refund us in any way. Pathetic. Avoid 300%.

− Solo un baño y ducha por habitación y no separados. Si alguien va a ducharse tienes que esperar 30minutos a que termine de asearse
