The location is perfect: right in the heart of the city, surrounded by markets, yet incredibly peaceful. Transportation is so easy with the metro right next to it. As someone who visits Istanbul 3 to 4 times a year, I can say that Wi-Fi is a general issue in most hotels here. However, the staff here do their best to help. Plus, the price is truly fantastic for the excellent quality and service you get. I was here 3 months ago, I am back again this week, and I have already booked for August! Once you find this level of comfort and value, you simply can't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Not happy at all by our stay. Were glad to get out and had more work outside instead of staying in.

The only positive thing was the location - variety of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Also, there was an elevator in the building and it was working perfectly fine.

− 1. LOCATION: Even though I said that the apartment’s location was good because of the numerous shops, cafes and restaurants around - the estimated location was TOTALLY different. We specifically chose this host because the location shown on Booking.com was perfect and the closest to the place which me and my wife had to visit often during our stay BUT shortly before our arrival we received a new completely different location which was at least 1km away from the other one. 2. INTERIOR: When we entered the apartment we were disappointed once again because what we saw didn’t meet our expectations AT ALL. The host DID NOT mention that the pictures are from several different apartments. We were expecting a big SMART TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. as DESCRIBED but what we got was a lot smaller one that definitely DID NOT have any of the listed features. The kitchen was not equipped enough either - a simple spatula was not in sight, neither was a normal pan. Also, the pots seemed old and used way too many times. :/ The placement of almost every appliance was another misunderstanding related to the whole experience there - the oven was under the countertop (NOT built-in, by the way) and there was NOT a single socket nearby to plug it in so we had to remove the microwave from the countertop and put the oven there. :) 3. CLEANLINESS: I don’t even know where to start. The WHOLE kitchen was filthy. Every cupboard was dirty and covered in something sticky! The stickiness WAS NOT missing on the stove’s cable either. :) My wife was DISGUSTED when she had to touch it to plug it in. This was not the only problem with the stove though. When I lifted the whole stove to turn it around (its plug couldn’t reach the socket the way it was placed), the abomination UNDER IT left us with no words. Just keep in mind that you are supposed to COOK in this place. Another important information you should know is the TERRIBLE SMELL that came from the bathroom EVERY SINGLE MORNING.

tout commerce à proximité... alimentation..fruits des légumes, boulangerie. ..le métro a 10 minutes ..les stations de bus a proximité..le calme de l' appartement et la vie d Istambul..je recommande vivement. L hôte merveilleux..vous cherchez un lieu incontournable et convivial..prenez cet appartement.
