− The beds were uncomfortable and there was no drawer or closet space available for our things. Some of the blankets were stained and not replaced when requested

Fantastic place right in the heart of theatreland
9.0What an absolute gem of a place. Booked this accomodation for an overnight stay with my elderly parents. The apartment was so easy to access. Right next to the tube station and just around corner from Shaftesbury Avenue to the theatres. Inside the building was a lift, which was perfect for my folks. Apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when visiting London. Communication with the owner was swift and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend!

− Les voisins ont été bruyants - le propriétaire n'y peut hélas rien. Les châssis sont à rénover.
