6.0It is a large apartment so with five of us we did not feel cramped.
− Unfortunately, the response time from the flat was sub par. There was no iron. We asked on our first morning there. One was delivered on the night before we left. Also of note, a load of laundry was washed and then trapped inside the washing machine. It took 48 hours to release it and then the machine was deemed broken. So, no laundry machines were available. Lastly, the morning of our departure, the code was changed on the key pad apartment entry door hours before our departure time! These are minor to moderate inconveniences that add up to us not feeling like we received the value of what we paid for.
Would definitely choose it again but make sure the WiFi is working.
8.0Location- near to metro, shopping, restaurants and is in a very safe area. Apartment was kept clean.
− Wi- Fi was supposed to be provided. Our unit’s wasn’t working from day 1. We were there for 6 nights and someone was sent on the 4th day after exchange of several messages. The person who came to check couldn’t resolve the issue and said would raise a ticket to the service team. Hope it got resolved. We never got to use it and exhausted our data plans.

10.0Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 6 persone e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio! Gli spazi sono ampi, ben distribuiti e finemente arredati, garantendo a tutti la giusta privacy e il massimo comfort. La cucina è super attrezzata, ideale per preparare cene in compagnia. Nota di merito per la pulizia impeccabile e la comodità dei letti. La posizione è ottima/strategica al centro e alla metro e l'host è stato incredibilmente accogliente, flessibile con gli orari e pieno di consigli utili. Ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dal primo momento. Consigliatissimo per gruppi numerosi!
