8.0Il self check-in è stato un po’ difficoltoso, ma siamo riusciti a risolvere tutto in brevissimo tempo grazie all’aiuto della struttura. Il cambio degli asciugamani è disponibile su richiesta, senza alcun problema.
− La pulizia buona ma non eccellentissima. La pulizia della stanza a pagamento 25€.

9.0Die Küche war ( ist ) bestens ausgestattet. Fehlende Teller, Gläser nach Anfrage umgehend ersetzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team ( Gülsah ) auf Englisch erfrischend und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist perfekt: Strassenbahn, Feribot usw. sind alle fussläufig erreichbar und alle Ziele in Istanbul leicht zu erkunden.
− Natürlich kann Alles immer noch besser sein. Aber das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis passt hier gut Wenn Istanbul, dann mit Urban Quarter, RA -Appartments.

5.0Top Lage und gute Ausstattung. Verbesserungsvorschlag: mehr Besteck und Gläser sowie ein Wasserkocher wären wünschenswert.
− Leider waren die Fenster überhaupt nicht schalldicht, sodass der Lärm von draussen nachts extrem störend war. Zudem war die Wohnung insgesamt nicht sauber. Daher fiel der Gesamteindruck trotz der guten Lage eher enttäuschend aus.
