Host seemed great but neglected place and abysmal cleaning
5.0Room 2 was very dirty when arriving, hair on surfaces, grime on walls and dust on the floor. Host was friendly and offered a clean next morning but even after asking the host to tell the cleaners to do the surfaces and remove the grime, it was not better at all. Stains on EVERY wall that I myself was able to clean some with a napkin and some water even though host said it needed a repaint to be fixed. Very noisy, paper thin door to kitchen, weed smell on the upper floor, everything in very bad shape even by London standards. It seemed to be neglected by owner. Room 2 seems to have been a utility room retrofitted to a regular one, boiler just over bed kicking off whenever anyone used water, room just beneath stairs and toilet just above making it one of the noisiest rooms I've ever been in. I wouldn't recommend this even for half the price, sorry
