great view on the marmara sea and also blue mosque. we could place or 2 bicycles in a covered and safe place. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia, or university and grand bazar, T1 tramline within 10 minutes walk. cost-effective

− dirty and very dark room (2 out of 3 lightsources don't work [1x no bulb, 1x led-strip defect in the kitchen), so it is very dark, especially in the kitchen-part of the main room. the one light that works is very dim. pretty loud trafficnoise from Kennedy avenue, also at night. this is not 55 square meters. outlet in the shower is clogged. if you don't mind dirt and darkness it's okay, considering the price.

− Just avoid this place. Bad its not enough. Its small, hell no thats have 55²m. Its dirty, its just bad, really bad. When we arrived they wanna put us to really small room, we said that we booked 55²m room, so they give us bigger room but no way that was 55²m, maybe half of this. Adem, worker from hotel is racist, my husband is turkish, so thats why we get smaller room on start, Adem said that bigger is for tourists, not normal!! Everything was broken, windows closed with tape, spiders and bugs walking around, on couch you cannot sit, 5 sec and something walk on you. Bathroom is mega small, difficult too walk. When was raining day the roof was leaking in toilet, in shower water dont go down, just water flowed down the stairs into the mini hall. When you go out from room everywhere stink with fish. I really dont understand how this hotel can have good opinions. Kind stuff its not everything. Wifi doesn't work, room was really dirty, old and ugly. General building is not safe, there is earthquake zone, and building stay even not straight! For this price u can find much better place.
