Easy to check-in, hosts were responsive. Beds were not as comfy and I was expecting but good enough for a good sleep. Neighborhood was calm and honestly a 30 minute easy walk to downtown was not bad. Kitchen was a bit small so don't expect to have a comfortable space to cook, but since we were at the apartment for taking baths, sleeping and having breakfasts, I think it was good enough.

MOLD IN APARTMENT. WORST EXPERIENCE

− This has been the WORST experience of my life with a reservation. As soon as we arrived to the apartment, the smell of mold was unbearable. The reservation was made for 5 people and 2 of them are asthmatic. We contacted the property immediately and their response was: "Open a window". There are 2 windows there and one is broken. We started looking around and the paint on the walls and ceilings is falling off due to the amount of humidity. Not only is the apartment a health hazard, but the couch and kitchen were filthy. There were residues of food and unknown liquids on the couch and kitchen. Additionally, the walls have something sticky dripping from them and the AC unit is so dirty, it was scary. I sent all these pictures to Booking and they let me know I would need to contact the owner directly. (I could only upload 4 pics here). I contacted them again and again until they finally replied letting me know I would need to cancel on my end without a refund. They mentioned the only way I could get some money back was if someone else rented the property those days. The property was rented for 5 nights and we had to book something else as it was impossible for us to stay there. It's day 3 and the owner is still not willing to assist. We lost 900 USD here. DONT RENT THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WANT MOLD IN YOUR LUNGS

L' appuntamento era carino e pulito, in una zona abbastanza comoda in macchina per raggiungere posti in centro.

− Il fatto che non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare una doccia calda, neppure un giorno durante la permanenza, seppur avendo avvisato mandando messaggi tramite booking, ci è stato detto che il personale sarebbe passato, ma non abbiamo ricevuto nessun ritorno, abbiamo dovuto rinviare un messaggio,che non ha risolto nulla. Questo ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Valuteremo per avere un rimborso per il disagio ricevuto. Grazie
