2.0The location was great.
− It was a self check-in experience and our room smelled horrible. Like rotting carcass and over ripe fruit. We complained by text and they let us sleep in another unit for 1 night. Then moved us back down and the smell was much better but still lingering. The staff stood in front of us and told us there was no smell. It was a crazy experience as there was indeed a smell.
