Отличное расположение, в 10 минутах от всех главных достопримечательностей.
9.0Отличное расположение, близко от всех достопримечательностей. До Сан-Марко минут 12 спокойным шагом, при этом нет таких толп туристов как на Сан-Марко. От галереи Академии вообще минут 5 пешком. 5 минут от двух станций вапоретто: Сан Анжело и Сан Самуэле, не надо тащить чемоданы через весь город, и легко можно доехать до Джардини, где проходит Биенале и других мест. В квартире очень чисто, есть все: посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, новая кухня со всей посудой, и даже кондиционер, что крайне важно для Европы летом.
− Темновато, тк окна выходят на узкую венецианскую улочку, но в Венеции, если жить не на Гранд Канале, везде так. Это особенность города.
Quiet location and close to restaurants and sights.
10.0The location is in a very quiet street away from busy routes but still close to the ferry terminal, restaurants and sights. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. There are no views but this is not important. The size is ample and the facilities very good. We will return to this apartment. The owner met us at the ferry terminal and escorted us to the apartment and showed us the workings.

10.0The owner Mariana could not have been more helpful. She sent loads of really useful information prior to our trip and met us off the waterbus to take us to the property, which was invaluable as I read about lots of people getting lost trying to find their accommodation! The location was excellent, so easy to get to all the sights, and the local area had a lovely selection of bars and restaurants.
