8.0El personal fue muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. La mujer que sirve el desayuno es muy simpática y atenta. La situación es cercana a la estación del tren, con lo cual es muy cómodo para llegar con bolsas o maletas. Alrededor hay todos los servicios y está lleno de callejuelas para perderse, con pocos turistas.
− Que la habitación estaba en la tercera planta y los escalones no son cómodos para subir con peso.

10.0Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα οικογενειακό B&B, βενετσιάνικου στυλ με ισόγειο και δύο πατώματα που ανεβαίνεις από τις τυπικές βενετσιάνικες σκάλες. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι, ιδιαιτέρως η κα Μαρτσέλα! Είχαμε κλείσει ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ. Της ζητήσαμε μονα αν είναι δυνατόν, και μας είχε ετοιμάσει τον καναπέ! Υπέροχη! Το δωμάτιο αναπάντεχα βολικό, αν σκεφτούμε ότι όλα είναι στενά και μικρά στη Βενετία. Μας κάλεσαν κιόλας για να δούνε τι ώρα θα φτάναμε και αν χρειαζόμαστε βοήθεια για να το βρούμε. Στο πρωινό, η ίδια ετοιμάζει και σερβίρει σε μια μικρή κουζίνα-σάλα. Εισπράττεις την ζεστασιά της ιταλικής φιλοξενίας. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στον σταθμό, υπάρχουν λίγα μαγαζάκια ή σουπερμάρκετ αν χρειαστείς κάτι. Παραμένει ήσυχο, έξω από την τρέλα της κεντρικής πλατείας. Μας κράτησαν και τις βαλίτσες την ημέρα που αναχωρούσαμε. Θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.
