Great with some minor issues
8.0Very lovely and helpful stuff staff, starting with the cleaning team and ending with reception. When I arrived I was quickly checked in with no issues. I was even upgraded for free because there were a lot of rooms available in the hotel, which honestly made my stay so much better. The AC system worked well, which was a relief, and my room was overall very modern.
− The walls are unfortunately very thin, which is why I could hear my upper floor neighbors (who were extremely loud) all the time. The staff tried to solve the issue by speaking to them but there’s only so much you can do. There were also stains on the carpet all around my room. The room was very clean and cleaning worked very hard every day to keep it that way, but the stains were old and have not been removed which gave it a very unclean impression.
