10.0Hotelul este situat aproape de obiectivele principale, astfel încât poți să ajungi la acestea fără să folosești mijloacele de transport. Camerele sunt curate, atmosfera din hotel este plăcută, personalul este ospitalier, ești așteptat cu ceai și cafea turcească iar micul dejun îl poți lua pe terasa aflată pe acoperiș de unde ai o priveliște superbă spre Marea Marmara.

10.0We loved everything about our stay. The staff were absolutely exceptional—warm, welcoming, attentive and always willing to assist. A special mention must go to the manager, who was superb throughout our stay. Her recommendations were excellent, and she went above and beyond to facilitate all of our requests. We were even accommodated with an early check-in and treated to a complimentary breakfast on our first morning, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hospitality really made our stay memorable.

− La habitación es curiosa en su tamaño. Algo estrecha para poder pasar pero es un detalle. Algo importante es que no hay ascensor. Ayudan mucho el personal del hotel con valijas para llevar a pisos superiores.

10.0Fantastic location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Istanbul was our last stop and after a very tiring trip it was nice to come to a hotel with such comfortable beds and comfortable room. We are a family of 4 and 2 large bottles of water were complimentary and my son even said the beds were so comfy it was the best sleep he had all trip. Bathroom was a bit dated and could be refreshed a bit but overall everything was super clean which was more important for us. The complimentary breakfast over looking the Bosphorus was beautiful too. What an amazing way to have breakfast!
