− I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Bosphorus Menekshe Residences. The experience was far from what I expected and fell drastically short of acceptable standards for accommodation. Flooding in the Bathroom: Every time I attempted to use the shower, the water would overflow and flood the entire bathroom, including the toilet area. This made the space not only unusable but also a health hazard. Non-functional Appliances: The refrigerator in my room was completely out of order, rendering it impossible to store food or beverages properly. This was a significant inconvenience during my stay. Shower Completely Out of Order: On top of the flooding issue, the shower itself was non-functional. This is a basic amenity that should be operational in any accommodation. Room Standards and Hygiene: The overall condition of the room was appalling. It was not up to standard, with visible signs of neglect and poor maintenance. The hygiene was horrendous, with unclean surfaces, an unpleasant odor, and a general lack of cleanliness that made my stay uncomfortable. Considering the severity of these issues, I request a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and a refund for my stay. These conditions are unacceptable and do not align with the expectations of paying guests. I look forward to your prompt response to address these concerns.

− the bathroom door cannot be closed. you need to walk through the small bedroom in order to reach the bathroom. air conditioner was weak fridge leaking

Overall it was a very good property for the price, we liked it.
8.0The view was magnificent, we could see the Bosporus from the windows. The property was nice and clean. It was spacious enough for a family of three. Collecting the keys was easy on arrival, we got every information we needed. The check out was smooth as well.
− Unfortunately there was no washing machine at the property despite in the time of booking it, it was listed. The host was kind enough to offer us their cleaning service. The AC did not work, after turning it on it started to leak a lot of condensation water on the bed sheet.

8.0Location is excellent in a great part of Istanbul. Views are wonderful. No cars so nice and quiet. The sounds of the ferries coming and going at the ferry terminal down below added to the ambiance.
