10.0The house is really spacious, bright, and artsy. The location was super convenient, close to lots of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Plus, it's just a short walk to Piazza San Marco. We'd definitely come back! :)

10.0The size and spatial character of the apartment were exceptional and it has a real design vibe. The rooftop views across Venice were fantastic. Great location close to the Zatterre, and some really lovely places to eat nearby in Campo San Margherita. The eight track cassette player with Demis Roussos was an added bonus.
− Not a deal breaker, and it still gets 10/10.... but a clothes iron would have been a bonus.

Stunning Venice stay
10.0Really nice apartment! We absolutely loved it!! The terrace on the roof is perfect to drink a coffee in the morning or enjoy some sun. The apartment is also very spacious! And a good location
Good to know
•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
