Overall, the above issues reflected the poor management from the hotel.
4.0The location is great, and the apartment has a good layout and spacious.
− The smell from one of the bathroom was horrible. It was from the sew through the shower drain. The staff did try to fix it a few times but it didn't improve for our entire stay. I had to close the bathroom door at night and cover the drain with a lid, which didn't help much. Another issue was the noise from the upstairs for two or three nights. I reported the noise issue to the staff, and they told me they can call the guests upstairs but they cannot do anything about it if the guests do not want to follow. So the issue didn't resolve at all.
Great location, the apartment was perfect for me and my son to explore Barcelona

− A little loud; lots of steps when the elevator doesn’t work.
Not the worst experience but expected more for the price.
7.0Large clean apartment, many rooms. Easy to contact the staff via Whatsapp. Really close to Sagrada, if that’s what you’re looking for. Many quality restaurants within 15 minutes walk distance .
− Too much noise, especially the street side. Even worse if you have loud neighbours. The elevator had a breakdown while we were in it. One of the showers in Apartment 2-1 had a water drainage problem. The pillows were very thin.
