Great location and amazing host

Large size with a big terrace. Well equipped and a comfortable bed. Most of all, the owner is awesome. He is very responsive and helpful. I booked this apartment late night after my original booking cancelled on me. The owner of this apartment was extremely forthcoming and dependable for my situation and made the necessary arrangements with utmost satisfaction.

Cozy apartment close to anything you may need

The apartment is cute and cozy, very bright as well. The front side faces the street and back side (kitchen and bedroom) face a quiet park. Location is good because you can walk to the peer, restaurants, shops, cafes, and landmarks easily by foot. Tram and bus stops are also very close. Paid parking spots are available at the end of the street. I suggest going for those if you're by car. Host was always available to chat and assist with anything, we really appreciated that.

− While parking on the street is free, it's very narrow and steep. Wouldn't recommend attempting it. Go for the paid parking instead. Minor suggestion is to have ammeneties based on the length of stay - there wasn't enough toilet paper for the 4 days we stayed, we bought some ourselves + some paper towels for the kitchen.

Cozy and romantic getaway place!

The place is extremely cozy and clean and perfect for couples looking to stay closer to the beautiful istiklal street (2mins walk) and Galata tower (5mins walk)! To top it all, our host Furkan was a gem, always there to support and guide with whatever was required in the most helpful way.

− Everything about the place and location was great however, one should keep in mind two things: 1. If you have a car, street parking is subject to availability and later at night you may not find one. Close by paid parking charges 500 Lira for the night 2. The apartment is on second floor with no elevator and a spiral staircase. Could be tricky with elder citizens or people with disabilities.

Definitely suggested for your multiday stay in Beyoğlu or for a longer stay in smarworking!

Misleading advertisement

Good location, spacious, terrace with local cats was fun.

− The advertisement was misleading: it had to include free breakfast and round transportation from and to the airport. The booking customer service assured me of that, since I proposed to cancel the booking if the host is not willing to respect it. In the end, we only got the transportation to the apartment (and the host wanted to guilt-trip us into paying additionally for it). There was no free breakfast (apart from two tomatoes left in the kitchen..), and we organized our own transportation back to the airport. Bedding and bedsheets could be improved. There was only 1 chair in the terrace, and one of the chairs in the room was broken. No airconditioning, and it is hot and loud outside - it was hard to sleep.
