I highly recommend the property. The apto has an excellent location right next to Farringdon station and easy to move around London Elizabeth/ Central lines and 1 stop from KingsCross / St Pancreas and direct train to LGW and HTW airports. Comfortable bed, huge towels, upscale toiletries, excellent hairdryer, & generous Welcome pack with all you need for a week dishwasher/ detergent/ etc and if miss anything there is a supermarket Tesco express just 3 mins walk. Staff were responsive and helpful when we had an issue with our access and then with our TV and 10/10 for customer service. I will return is the best I can say.

− Only 2 small suggestions, first to add placemats or tablecloth for the table and maybe have cutlery set/ galsses for 8 people vs 4 so that we can fill up the dishwasher vs using it half empty. I imagine most clients don’t use it much as they eat out so I can also understand why it’s only a set for 4 people.

Location is unbeatable. Lovely street with a lovely pub right across. Very cozy, very clean apartment. Very nice toiletries. We were able to extend our stay without switching rooms, which was very nice. It was very new.

Getting in was very easy. Very comfortable and cozy. I had 2 tvs in my room, a lot of complimentary stuff.

− The place was very clean but for some hairs i found stuck on the table in the living room and some on the floor. But i called to report and it was sorted the same day by someone coming in to clean the floor again.

Absolutely top class place to stay in central London! Ideally located for anything you need to do in the City and for getting about elsewhere too. The flat itself is modern and pleasantely designed, and absolutely massive. Fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed, washing machine, dishwasher and all. Really appreciated the welcome kit which included washing machine capsules and dishwasher tablets so I needed to get nothing. The reception downstairs was also very helpful, I could also leave my bag for a little bit after checking out which was great

The location is great and the apartment was clean. We didn't use much of the kitchen, but it looked like all was in there

− The bead was terrible. Hard to get rested on. We were in room 101 which was absolutely different from what we were expecting and seeing in the pictures. Dark room, tiny windows facing some roof construction next to the property. Honestly, for a similar price, you get better offers
