8.0Le personnel est vraiment génial, que ce soit de l’accueil à la femme de ménage. Le personnel d’accueil a été présent et nous a montré sur une carte des endroits clés à voir et nous activer la Clim dans le hall lorsque l’on attendait avant de partir. Et la femme de ménage est d’une gentillesse extrême jusqu’à venir nous remercier d’avoir défait le lit avant de partir (alors que c’est normal selon moi)
− Seul bémol : la porte de la douche était cassé on arrivait pas à la fermer complètement, c’est vraiment le seul point « négatif »
Great value and location , very clean and helpful staff.
10.0The location was perfect for us - quiet, but only 5 minute walk to Grand Canal. Also 5 minutes in opposite direction to airport water drop off. There is a great fruit stall on the same street as hotel. The bed was large , with crisp clean linen. Air conditioning, safe and coffee machine in room meant we had a very comfortable stay - would highly recommend for value and comfort

10.0Me sentía como en Venecia de época, Todo muy limpio, llegamos fuera de la la hora 3:00 am y el personal siempre atento. La ubicación perfecta. Todo excelente.

10.0Lovely room in a silent charming area. Very clean and equipped with everything. The AC was perfect.

10.0Świetna lokalizacja. Przemiła obsługa. Śniadania podawane w mega klimatycznym miejscu kilka minut od hotelu. Klimatyzacja przydała się podczas upałów. W pokoju był ekspres do kawy, lodówka, czajnik, zestaw kaw i herbat. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu.
