6.0Location was good and it was clean. Directions and instructions were clear. It’s a nice spacious apartment.
− It’s opposite a massive building site. The bed and bedding are very cheap and there was no shower gel or soap in the bathroom. We had a Teams call and it was hard to get the place looking well lit. For £150 it would have been a bargain. For £300 it definitely wasn’t.

1.0The only thing we liked were the mirrors.
− The apartment was in a poor ish state, with water damage to the cupboards and a huge crack in the glass behind the cooker. Massive construction site in front of the building, which makes it extremely loud and indiscrete. Barely any decent food places around. No bin bags in the bin, dirty glassware, and a bad odour on the corridors that makes you sick. The host, Norbert, is extremely disrespectful and a scammer, barely speaks English, and seems like he has absolutely no clue of what he is doing. He has tried scamming us for between 1000£ and 500£ in cash, harassed us, blamed us for things we haven't done, and is now threatening me and is lying to customer service that I have been violent. I have clear evidence where he is trying to extort me for money, completely disregarding the rules and regulations of the platform he is using. The apartment is not a gem. It is small, below basic, crowded, and is not worth 250£ a day for sure. Keep in mind that I use booking.com and airbnb several times a week and have proven a record of being an excellent guest. I am now being blackmailed and slandered by this individual for an unsecured, hazardous cupboard(worth 40£ at Ikea), they had in the bathroom that has collapsed on my fiancé when he tried to hold on to it. Protect your energy, know your rights, stay somewhere else.

Location, location in the heart of London.
10.0Location, comfort, cleanliness, facilities. Gatwick Express then a short walk from Victoria Station. We walked everywhere, did not need a cab at all. Used the trains if we wondered further. Norbert was the most attentive and helpful host I have ever dealt with.

Good to know
Please note that London is undergoing a major refurbishment and construction bloom, sounds might be heard at certain times across the city/street. However, loud noises are limited to 8-5 pm on weekdays by Westminster council . The apartment itself is double glazed and sound proof.
