− The photos has no resemblance to reality. In reality the room felt like a cage, full of flies, the bed was horrendous, the shower was horrific, the floor there felt unstable and the cold water didn't work to blance the hot water, so you can take the shower in breaks and up to 1 minute each time, otherwise, you'll be burned, and there was a kitchen without practically dishes to use the kitchen.

We didn't stay it was too disgusting !

Nothing. The property was in a very poor and unclean condition and had no security on the front door.

− The front door security lock did not work so anyone could enter from the street. In particular the bathrooms were disgusting having not been properly cleaned with hair in the shower and dried urine on one of the toilets. The bathroom doors could not be locked from the inside. There was also washing up on the kitchen draining board.

− The room are too closed to each other and noise was extremely loud, I couldn't sleep the night so I ended up leaving 2am.

I love the en suite bathroom and the kitchen is clean

− The bed is kinda small and the WiFi doesn't work

Nothing.

− They explicitly advertise that there are microwave oven, refrigerator, kitchenware and kitchenette inside your room. The moment you step inside your room you realise that is false. The WiFi code that they sent to me was incorrect and they did not provide me with the right one. The door handle was broken and I did not feel safe inside the room. The TV was not set to any channels and was out of use. The toilet was disgusting. Although I had booked a room for 5 nights for my business trip, I had to leave after staying for only one night.
