6.0Rymligt lägenhet med bra läge. Fort in till Berlin och trevligt med Britzer Garten runt knuten. Bra med handling framför dörren.
− Jag hade gärna vetat innan att hela huset är under byggnation. Det bidrog till en negativ stämning och passade inte oss med små barn när det ligger farliga redskap precis överallt.

4.0Gute Lage. Große Wohnung
− Als wir ankamen waren wir auf einer kompletten Baustelle. Da sollten vielleicht die Bilder aktualisiert werden weil für viele mit Kindern der Aufenthalt ausgeschlossen ist. Im Schlafzimmer ist das Bett auseinander gebrochen wo 2 lange Schrauben raus standen. Der Ofen war schmutzig und hat nicht funktioniert. Sonst war die Wohnung sauber. In der Beschreibung stand Steckdosen Schutz für Kleinkinder stattdessen waren Verlängerungskabel auf dem Boden verlegt weil zu wenig Steckdosen vorhanden sind.
