L'appartement bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, notamment grâce à sa proximité avec la gare centrale. Le logement est spacieux, parfaitement équipé, et les échanges avec notre contact ont été très agréables.

− Malheureusement, de nombreux points noirs ont gâché notre séjour :Problème d'adresse : Les coordonnées indiquées sur Booking sont incorrectes.Arrivée chaotique : Les instructions d'accès aux clés sont incompréhensibles. J'ai passé 20 minutes à chercher la boîte à clés, qui était totalement dissimulée derrière un buisson.Propreté insuffisante : À notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait tout simplement pas été fait et l'appartement était sale.Confort thermique : Le logement est très mal isolé. La fenêtre de toit (Velux) crée un effet de serre et il y faisait extrêmement chaud.Plomberie défectueuse : L'évier de la salle de bain fuit, l'eau coule directement sur le sol.Équipements vétustes : L'un des boutons des plaques de cuisson est cassé et menace de tomber. Il est difficile et stressant de vérifier si les plaques sont correctement éteintes Le séjour c’est bien déroulé et l’hôte est réactif et à l’écoute mais selon moi le prix est clairement trop élevé…

Super! Die Lage, Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern, alles was man braucht!

Man hatte alle was man brauchte, ausgestattete Küche mit dem was man braucht, gemütliches Bett! Super Lage! Sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen in trotzdem zentral und guter Anbindung. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder wenn wir mal wieder in Berlin sind.

− Internet und WLAN war instabil. Man hat zuerst es nicht gut gefunden, Bidet aus Rezensionen haben uns gezeigt wo das Gebäude sich befindet.

Das Appartment ist groß und liegt abseits der Hauptstraße. Das Bett war sehr gut.

− Das Gebäude ist eigentlich nicht zum Wohnen gedacht. Deshalb ist die Belüftung schwierig (die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, ich sollte stattdessen mitten in der Nacht zum Lüften die Außentür offen lassen), alles ist sehr hellhörig (wenn die Nachbarn duschen, Wäsche waschen oder herumlaufen, ist die Nacht eben zu Ende) und das Bad ist eng.

The location is good and the surroundings are very quiet. You have several buses that take you to the Hauptbahnhof. Comfortable enough. The owner was always very helpful.

− The concept is interesting but not what I was expecting. Check in instructions are quiet confusing and a microwave is missing. Not good for people who want to wake up late because of the clarity.

Good location, nice neighbourhood. The place was heated and fairly well equipped, and everything worked -- just not as pleasant as other reviewers and the pictures suggest.

− Finding the place was an ordeal, which soured our overall impressions. It's a block and a half from the stated address (the proprietor blamed Booking), in a quite forbidding former garage; nowhere is "Atelier Botanico" in view. We would never have recognized it or found the keybox (well hidden beside another building) without a few calls to the proprietor, who admittedly did his best to help us. We're used to locating apartments in new cities and to simple accommodation, but felt that we had paid for a more convenient and comfortable arrangement.
