8.0Świetna lokalizacja, jest cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo blisko do portu z którego można szybko dostać się vaporetto np. na Murano. Mieszkanko przytulne. Bardzo miły i życzliwy gospodarz, który przystał na naszą prośbę o wcześniejszym zameldowaniu się. To było dla nas istotne, żeby zostawić walizki i chwilę wypocząć po podróży. Wielki plus za to! Nie było problemu z bieżącą ciepłą wodą w łazience, co zdarza się nam często we Włoszech. Lokum jest wyposażone w klimatyzację, więc jest bardzo przyjemnie. Polecam ;-)
− Przydałyby się moskitiery w oknach i odmalowanie ścian w sypialni albo usunięcie ze ścian rozgniecionych komarów.

− Improve a little bit on cleaning. There were a couple of details that can be definitely improved like : some spider nets around the corners, not clean cups on the shelfs .

9.0Stefano ci e` venuto a prendere e ci ha mostrato come entrare in casa. Tutto facile e sicuro. A me e` piaciuto che ci sia stata una persona ad accoglierci e non la solita box con codice per le chiavi. Posizione fantastica e posto silenzioso ma vicino a tutto. Appartamento ampio, molto carino e con tutti i confort. ottimo rapporto qualita`/prezzo.
− C` erano un sacco di zanzare la prima sera. E` l` unica cosa che e` stata un po` fastidiosa. Consuiglierei l` investimento in zanzariere
