Well-decorated and spacious flat with many amenities. Owner was very kind and reactive. It was so wonderful to have a terrace. Very easy to get to shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location, feels like a lovely spot! Apartment is well equipped for a multi-night stay. Tidy, well furnished. Great communication from owner prior to arrival.

− I had someone attempt to enter the property in the middle of the night through the back door, thankfully I had locked it on arrival, I didn’t feel as safe as I could as a result. Upstairs resident was bumping around upstairs until 2am, only to start again at 7am. Good place to rest my head for a single night.

Feeling like home although situated on the level of basement. Magic small patio garden. Nice Kitchen, comfortable couch. Great location.

Really nice area and neighbourhood. Close to Notting Hill pubs and restaurants. Good connection to the underground Circle Line (London Paddington and St Pancras)

− In spite of the nice pictures, the flat was not clean and needed thorough renovation (old equipment and furniture). The wooden table was sticky and there was nothing for us to clean it properly (no sponge). Insects in the bath and spiders and dust in the room. The outside patio is a mess. No contact at all with our host, only e-mails and WhatsApp while the owner lives just above the flat at the same place. We heard all the noises from the above house (conversations and door slamming, once until midnight).

− Door lock to the appartment can be tricky
