Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of houseware, dishwasher, washing machine. Absolutely quiet street, though 5 minutes walking from crowded Taksim square and Istiklal street. Quiet and nmodern building.

− Just a couple of minor things that show how highly we value the property: living room illumination (at night) could be improved and a couple of turkish tea glasses would be nice 😊

Понравилось все!Очень чистые апартаменты с современным дизайном всем необходимым,для комфортного проживания.Доступность общественного транспорта,в 5-6 минутах ходьбы от площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль.Очень много магазинов с продуктами и алкоголем в округе.

It was our 5 time in Istanbul and this is the best apartment we’ve ever rented. Usually we travel with our little Spitz. The host was so nice and friendly. Contactless check-in, a new house with a very beautiful entrance, everything in the apartment is new, high-quality and made as they say "for yourself". It's really a plus that the apartments have independent heating from a boiler, it was really cool in Istanbul in the middle of March, it was nice to return to a warm, cozy apartment with warm floors in the evenings. An isolated bedroom is a big plus. When choosing an apartment for three people, it was very important for us, it is rare. The street is quite quiet, despite the fact that it is located 3 minutes from Taksim Square. Probably the quietest place we stayed in Istanbul. And very good sound insulation, again compared to an average hotel or apartment. I really liked the bathroom. There are also underfloor heating, high-quality plumbing and a large sink. Earlier in the reviews they wrote about heating the water, that cold water flows first. But this is a feature of boilers and autonomous heating, but the fluctuations are not critical at all, the water heats up in a second. The love and highlight of the whole apartment are the panoramic windows. They weren't specific, but the pots of flowers on the French balcony and the colored houses opposite added to the mood. I miss you so much already, and we'll definitely come back!

The apartment was as described — clean, well equipped, and conveniently located near shops and public transport. However, be aware that the walk up to Taksim Square is extremely steep. It can be quite challenging, especially with kids or luggage. Aside from that, our stay went smoothly and the host was responsive.

Fabulous winter vacation

1. Just a 5 mins walk to Taksim Square. 2. Lots of eateries in the vicinity as it is near to Taksim. 3. Be prepared to walk up & down the stairs as Cihangir area is literally uphill & downhill. We already knew about that as it was not our first time in Türkiye. 4. 10 mins walk to Carrefour supermarket for your groceries need. 5. 15-20 mins walk to Tophane station which is downhill all the way. 6. Heated flooring during winter which is a plus point. 7. Kitchen utensils for daily cooking. 8. Washing machine & drying rack. 9. Quiet neighbourhood 10. Access code when entering the premises. Clear instructions on how to retrieve the keys to the apartment when arrive. 11. Overall the apartment is new & clean. Recommended

− 1. Pillows were too soft for our comfort. 2. As usual the washing machine doesn’t come with dryer function (pls invest in one) or else it will be a great help.
