8.0L'appartamento è molto carino.. spazioso.comodo..vicino a tutto Ci ero già stata due anni fa e quindi ci sono voluta ritornare perché mi era piaciuto molto anche se ci sarebbe da sistemare due cosette x renderlo perfetto
− L'aria condizionata mancante in camera da letto Lo scarico difficoltoso del wc Il portone d'ingresso non sempre funzionante In cucina aggiungerei qualche stoviglia in più Delle zanzariere sarebbero utilissime

9.0The location. the apartment is quite spacious. Very close to water bus stops, Rialto and many others.
− There is only one AC. The bedroom does not have AC. But lounge has AC. After the request, they provided a fan for bedroom. It was good after that.
Excelente lugar para una estancia de varios días en Venecia.
9.0Siempre llegamos del aeropuerto a la ciudad con el AliLaguna que nos deja en Fondamenta Nove. A pocos pasos está el Campo del Gesuiti y el departamento da con sus ventanas al mismo campo, en el que está la magnífica Iglesia del Gesú (aunque siempre está en restauración). Adoramos esta zona porque es tranquila y no se ve pasar las masas de turistas por el frente y a la vez hay muchas opciones de restauranes, supermercados, vinerías, etc. Canareggio se vive un poco como local en esta zona. El departamento está decorado en un estilo pop-decadente muy original. Tiene cocina bien equipada, nos dejaron suficientes cápsulas de cafñé para toda la estadía, el baño tiene amenities, todo super bien. estuvimos muy cómodos.
− El desagüe del inodoro es con suspenso...pero es algo que pasa en todas las ciudades antiguas, ya que no tienen buenos sistemas cloacales. La Internet era floja.

9.0Very Venetian atmospheric place just opposite famous Gesuiti church. Spacious, all things needed, romantic ambience. Helpful and friendly team helping to solve all check-in and check-out details remotely.
− Google is not quite precise showing a wrong place of the ap. Just see trees (platans) after getting round the corner from Fte. Nove vaporetto station rand the flat entrance is just in front of it.
