10.0Top Lage. Nah zu Hauptbahnhof und kurze Wege zu schönen Grachten wie Brouwers-,Keizers-, Heren- und Prinsengracht und schönen Bars, Cafés.
− die einzige Herausforderung ist der Zugang zur Wohnung über steile und schmale Treppen (ist eben der Typus der alten Häuser). Besser keine großen Gepäckstücke nehmen.
