10.0Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento ha sido prácticamente perfecta. Hemos viajado en familia con nuestros tres hijos, ocupando las dos habitaciones que tienen disponibles en el sótano. La ubicación es ideal. En un paseo estás en el centro, cuenta con transporte público muy cerca y es una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones son tal cual se ven en las fotografías. A pesar de estar en sótano, no da esa sensación al tener techos altos y tener entrada de luz natural. Son espaciosas, cómodas y estaba todo impecable. Además, André & Inez son unos anfitriones maravillosos, siempre disponibles para facilitarnos la estancia y en comunicación con ellos en todo momento.

Excellent value, comfort and hospitality
10.0Excellent and quiet location, equidistant to many tourist attractions and to public transportation. Andre, the host, was kind, very responsive and hospitable. He helped us with the luggage down and up the narrow stairway and gave us great food recommendations. It was wonderful to have access to a "local expert" when I needed one. :-) I liked that we only had to climb one flight of stairs to get to the room, given that many places in Amsterdam can require traversing many steep and narrow staircases. The room is spacious, modern and recently renovated, and I found the studio to be great value. Everything was great and suited our needs, especially since we didn't need breakfast. I was initially hesitant about a basement room, but there is plenty of lighting in the room. Anyway for me, the privacy and location of this place beat staying upstairs in a place that could be noisier.
Great quiet flat in perfect location
10.0Perfect location, quiet and away from main hustle but walking distance to everything we wanted to see - very close to transport links and the main food hall too. Hosts were great and provided plenty of tips and suggestions.
