9.0la casa conserva il suo fascino originale, ristrutturata di recente con gusto, accogliente, la taverna con tavolo e bigliardo rappresenta un bel luogo dove raccogliersi. L' antico quartiere è affascinante e vivo, ma non rumoroso, si riposa bene.

10.0Außergewöhnliche Lage, wunderschön wieder hergestelltes altes Stadthaus in Balat, kürzeste Wege zu Restaurants, Bus-Tram- und Fährverbindungen, lebhafte Umgebung mit vielen Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zimmer mit hohen Decken, Betten sehr gut, WLAN ausgezeichnet, Haus modernst ausgestattet und sehr sauber, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Schlüssel per Code unkompliziert erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Gut zu wissen für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität: Pro Stockwerk ein Zimmer, im Haus also vier Etagen über Treppen zu erreichen, Haus liegt am Hang mit steilen Kopfsteinpflastergassen oder Treppen, aber kürzeste Wege bergab zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, also problemlos machbar, nur nicht rollstuhlgeeignet ;-)
