Goede locatie, vriendelijke host, maar een teleurstellend en verouderd appartement.
3.0Pluspunten van ons verblijf waren de vriendelijke en snel reagerende host, Adam. En de goede locatie, dicht bij Oxford street en ook hotspots hebben we lopend kunnen bereiken.
− We waren echter teleurgesteld over de staat van het appartement. Het is verouderd en het onderhoud en de schoonmaak lieten te wensen over (o.a. vlekken, slecht sluitende ramen en lamellen). Bed had soort kuil in het midden, waardoor we last kregen van onze rug. We vonden het ook jammer dat basisvoorzieningen als toiletpapier en zeep niet toereikend waren voor vier personen en de WIFI het niet deed. Met wat extra zorg zou deze plek veel meer potentie hebben.

6.0Adam was a great host, gave clear instructions for an easy arrival and paid attention to his guests. The property’s location couldn’t be better. We had a great stay.

− I arrived at the apartment late at night. Opened the key box and - no Key. Tried to call the owner- no answer. After 3 hours of calling, texting, (sitting on a step in the hall- tired, thirsty and needing the bathroom after a nine hour flight!) I finally got a key. Then- another disappointment- I actually booked and paid for a two bed apartment with terrace/balcony. There was no terrace/balcony. I would not stay there again.
