8.0The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook during our stay, and the air conditioning worked as expected. The apartment is also very close to El Clot station, which made it easy to travel around the city. The owners were quick to respond whenever we contacted them.
− There was an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom, made worse by the sliding door, which could not be closed completely. The soundproofing around the plumbing was also very poor; whenever someone in the building flushed a toilet, the noise was extremely loud and sounded almost as if the ceiling were coming down. We were also charged more for the city tax than the amount advertised when booking.
