5.0La ubicación y limpieza es óptima.
− La gestión automática tiene que mejorar. El check in era a las 15h y las 17:30, no sabían dónde había reservado, la información WhatsApp no estaba clara, me enviaron a otro alojamiento a 20 minutos andando, reclamé, llamé a Booking para reportar nos asignaron en la ubicación correcta. Uno muy pequeño distinto a la descripción para 2 personas. Booking, atendió mi reclamación. La puerta de entrada estaba rota, con un agujero grande, antes de entrar lo reporté.

− The remote check in shoyul have photos to make the directions ibside the building. There were two keypads. It was not clear in the jnstructions which one to use.

− La atención, me dejaron tirada sin alojamiento y sin explicaciones son unos sinvergüenzas, estoy segura de que me anularon por vender más caro el apartamento que tenía reservado
