10.0The best hotel in Europe, very very clean, all staff are great from Aziz at the concierge to Amara at the front desk. They great you with excellent service and make you feel welcome. Close to everything in the center of Amsterdam.

10.0Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to cut our trip short at the beginning due to a medical issue and they refunded us for that portion no problem. The location was excellent and the apartments were very good value for the price especially compared to anything else in a similar location. We would definitely stay there again.
− The recycling area for the main hotel was directly beside our suite, so it was a bit noisy at times in the morning from that but it was a very minimal interruption.
Extremely disappointing—we refused to stay!
1.0The only positive aspect for this property was its location
− To be clear while you check-in at the Grand Krasnapilsky Hotel the apartments are not within the hotel facility and in no way are anywhere close to the standard of the hotel itself. To access the apartments you must go down a narrow dark alleyway. Once you arrive you are faced with very narrow step stairways. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle to navigate the many flights of stairs. Once you finally land at your apartment the stairs are not finished the apartments have further stairs in the apartments to access the multiple layers. The apartments are extremely dingy and look more like a hostel than something associated with the name brand of this hotel chain.
