All was wonderful - the furniture, facilities etc. Strongly recommend.

− 1. Noise from the hallway (understand that the owner can’t do much about that). 2. No water drainage what so ever in the shower - very uncomfortable taking a shower your feet in soapy water and the bathroom floor flooded, had to scrape the water towards the drainage holes and couldn’t not take as long showers as usually. Really hope that they solve the problem.

Very modern, clean, pretty spacious apartment! The beds are very comfortable, even the couch is not bad to sleep on. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, there’s a big separate refrigerator and even a washing machine. We loved it here!

Great location and lots of space, with minor issues

Great location in a green and cozy neighborhood, walking distance to Zoo station (about 10 minutes) and to subway stations on the Kudamm. Spacious apartment, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, bathroom with a big radiator.

− We had issues with receiving the keys, which were not in the designated location. Contacting the host was a bit problematic at first and took some time, but then the situation was rectified, the keys were delivered to us. The apartment is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), so if you open the blinds / windows - you can see and hear all the people passing by. Wasn't an issue for us since we spent most of the day in the city. Bed linens and towels from the previous guests were on the clothes rack, which can be an issue if you plan on doing some laundry, hence you need to move them somewhere by yourself. We didn't sleep on the couch, but even sitting there we could feel it's not the most comfortable surface to be sleeping on.
