− Parcarea gratuita in apropiere depinde de noroc si de ora la care ajungi. Sunt foarte putine locuri gratuite in zona. Exista parcuri cu plata in zona si acelea destul de aglomerate.

9.0Три отдельные спальни, два санузла, балкон. В доме очень чисто и много мелочей для удобств проживания. Автоматизированное поселение. Приятно увидеть свежие фрукты, холодную воду и сладости от хозяина.
− Иногда шумноватые были соседи и во дворе дома не очень чисто, но это уже проблемы вне зоны самой квартиры.
