1.0Shiva was helpful and made us feel welcome.
− To name a few, squeaky stairs, broken toilet seat,mouldy shower, paper thin walls, pathetic uneatable breakfast which we skipped after trying only once, smelly neighbourhood surrounded by smelly bins, regretted staying here, Place should be completely gutted and refurbished before presenting it to the public in such a state, never again, felt cheated.

− We arrived late at night and were given a small room instead of the one we had booked. The cleanliness was not ideal either. The man at reception was kind, helpful, and apologized, but it was still a difficult night for us.

10.0Era molto pulito. Ci è piaciuto. Era molto vicino alla stazione degli autobus Route e alla stazione della metropolitana. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo ci ha scioccati perché era molto buona e completa. Aiutateci.
