− Que tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora para traer la llave, la heladera no funcionaba, había otra pero no nos dijeron, el WiFi no tiene una contraseña clara y no pudimos conectarnos en la llegada. Los placares estaban todos llenos con ropa de propietario. La cocina con poco equipamiento, no microondas, no pava, no cafetera

8.0Brilliant communication from the host Mario with very clear and helpful instructions for arrival and key collection. Beautiful typical Italian building and apartment. Such a treat to watch the comings and goings of the canal outside. Lovely property better than the photos. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Absolutely brilliant location, right in the heart of Venice. Would love to have stayed longer.
− It’s pretty noisy (as you’d expect for being so central and by the canal on a Saturday night). No problem for us but worth mentioning. The sofa bed felt like a sofa bed so not super comfy but did the job for 1 night. All the basics there you need for a stopover but for a longer trip we might have struggled with cooking things, fresh coffee etc. Main parts, bedding and towels all very clean but we found some clothing left behind by previous guests

− No me gusto que el personal de aseo llega antes de tiempo del chek out y comenzara a limpiar estando nosotros en el lugar.
