Great location and service
10.0Great location near London Bridge, but good value as well. Is a quaint hotel, fitting in with the architecture. Handy to get to the South Bank area, but also near to London Bridge and Waterloo to get around London. Like all Premier Inns very high standard of bed that you can expect at all hotels. Comfortable. Would recommend.
Excellent customer service
10.0Brilliant staff who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. A special mention to Chris who was fantastic and made my experience checking in excellent. He explained the policies around how they ensure solo travellers (in particular female guests) feel safe and what he makes sure is put into practice for people staying at the hotel. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable and reassuring. He clearly really cares about the customers experience and safety at the hotel. What a fantastic person to be in that role and representing your company. Thank you again.

8.0Great value for money. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Good location. We had a lovely time. Only critism was there was one person on the desk at check in time. Which took ages to do. He was very nice, but could have done with an extra staff member.
Great stay at Southport Premier Inn
10.0Staff were 1st class polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel had a very friendly atmosphere, our room was super clean and very comfortable. 100% value for money. Breakfast was in another level, we've done a few buffet breakfast and they've been poor to say the least, however Southport premier inn was fantastic. Staff were very good keeping a steady supply of fresh items. Excellent

10.0Great location, right next to borough market. Staff very accommodating and polite. Clean room, as always at prem inn. Early morning delivery lorries woke my partner but I slept through!!

10.0downstairs had a lovely atmosphere and we were made very welcomed by the staff who were excellent throughout, especially Chris who went above and beyond for us

Very limited onsite parking, 3 spaces and 1 disabled bay. Cost: 15 GBP for 24 hours. Height restriction: 3m.
From North: Take M1 leading to A1 toward Central London. From A3200 turn right into A300, take 1st left and follow road to right to Park Street. From South: Take M3, then A3, next to the The Anchor. From London Bridge, take the exit towards Guy's Hospital and turn right onto St Thomas Street. At the main road go straight across to Beadle St and take the first left onto Middle Road, leading to Park St. Follow Park Street onto Bank End and the hotel is on the left hand side.
