6.0Nice location, easy parking, beautiful location to watch sunrise, but check-in was lengthy and floors dirty with LEGO pieces, crumbs, gum wrappers and cough drops.

2.0I am disappointed and disgusted with the cleanyness, the floors make your feet black the kitchen is disgusting! It's our first time in this place- our father was in the hospital, and we come to rest in a nasty condo. No one should rent a condo and come to their feet being black or having to clean the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom where our kids sleep. I am disgusted and will be writing a review. Also, the door doesn't close in the room with the two beds. Both showers only have one panel.

4.0First the good - the view was beautiful although you are very close to your neighbors so when on the balcony expect to hear those next door. The beds were also comfortable which is key. Now for the not good - we had no hot water in our unit the entire stay and they are offering us 100 off. We had traveled in for a wedding and had four in our party so had to eventually go shower at a hotel where family was staying. The dryer got super heated and made a really strange noise, but did not actually dry our things. The bathroom was dated and the towel and toilet paper holders were coming off the wall. When I mentioned this, they came into our unit while we were out and took them off the wall, put big things of spackle on and then left the fixtures on our bathroom sink. Those small things in and of themselves wouldn’t have been bad enough for me to give a negative review, but not having hot water was rough.

10.0The view from the condo was breathtaking. The condo was clean and equipped with everything needed during our stay. Our trip included 5 women over the age of 55, the condo location allowed us to feel safe as we walk about in the evenings enjoying the local dinning, shopping and night life.
