10.0Room was small but comfortable. Housekeeping during the stay could have been better (floor was not vaccumed around chair/desk area). Otherwise clean and comfortable. Water and coffee available downstairs at all times. Remember there is no elevator.

10.0Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby. Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared. The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube station just 5 minutes down the road.

10.0Very clean, cozy hotel. As others noted the rooms might seem small but they are very functional and we had not issues. The patio area in the back is very nice. The lobby is nicely setup too.
