2.0The interior no window rooms (aka basement) are a slight step up from what I imagine prison is like.

6.0Hotel room was clean. They provide every other day room service. It is a good option for the price and the area (right in the middle of London’s West End). Rooms are very small, just enough for a bed and a bathroom. Bed was firm but comfortable. Linings were adequate. As many other reviewers have said: there’s no privacy if you want to go or for taking a shower, the bathroom is frosted glass walls.
