Good location, spacious appartment, cumbersome mechanics to get it

− property demands you download an app to open the flat, that you end up not using because it fails and they give you a key anyhow. issue is the too many long messages with instructions (about the app mainly) you have to read to get familiar with how it works, etc. possibly the third time you go you remember all the mechanics, but it is underwhelming the first time and the property does not make it clear that your booking is safe even if you ignore the messages. short in supplies check-out at 10am is a little stingy. beds ok, living room rug was full of hair, which looked a little gross. we did not cook so have not looked at the kitchen.

7.0Location, the room distribution in general.
− Carpet was not vacuumed. Dishwasher need some fixing, there was no ironing set and had to ask for it, there's no toaster. I didn't manage to understand how the ac works, and the temperature was a rollercoaster. The sponge in the kitchen was a used one.
