4.0This Hotel is a low budget quality hotel. My stay consisted of a broken shower head and 2 of the 3 Elevators out of service the entire time and all of them broken for 1 day . Make aware no room safe and proper closet , just 3 knobs on a wall to hang your belongings. No daily room service and underwhelming response from the Manager about these issues should give pause . London is full of better option stays .
